Mark 16:19 So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.” And starting from this point, Jesus began His ruling and reigning for the Thousand years that Revelation speaks of. Of Course, a thousand years is as a day, and a day is as a thousand years to the Lord. We know that the “thousand years” is figurative and not literal.

Romans 15:12 And again, Isaiah says: “There shall be a root of Jesse; And He who shall rise to reign over the Gentiles, In Him the Gentiles shall hope.”  Again, speaking of the Lord ruling and reigning until He returns with all power and glory with His angels.

1 Corinthians 15:54 So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” This speaks of the second coming of Jesus, when He comes for His Bride, and when He judges Satan and casts him in the Lake of Fire, and the rest of mankind that did not believe in the Lord.

Hebrews 10:12 But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God,

Hebrews 10:13 from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool.”   Jesus is ruling and reigning right now until the day of His return. And when He returns, that is when death is swallowed up in victory, when He comes for His Bride and judges the unbelievers along with Satan and his angels. And then we shall be with the Lord forever and ever. Amen!
