The building of the first tabernacle was designed by God for Him to dwell amongst His people. This was a foreshadow of things to come. Once Babylon destroyed Jerusalem and the temple, the people of Israel were killed by the sword, taken captive, while others were dispersed throughout the nations of the world. God would no longer dwell amongst His people while they were in the state of darkness, through their continual disobedience, rebellion, intermarrying, complaining, idolatry, breaking of the laws, etc.

After 70 years of bondage, God called His people out from Babylon and from all the nations of the world. He called them back to Jerusalem, by His prophets, and priests, to rebuild the city and the buildings of the temple, this time without walls, where God would dwell amongst them, thus fulfilling the prophecy of the gathering of the remnant of Israel and the rebuilding of Jerusalem and of the second temple. However, Israel continued in their rebellious state of disobedience, idolatry,  fornication, etc.

Therefore, God  would not dwell amongst them while Israel was living in darkness, thus, once again becoming separated from God through their constant disobedience. The prophetic coming of the Messiah, the King, was fulfilled when Jesus came and laid down His life for all mankind, not just for the Jews. Jesus became the temple, the spiritual temple where we would dwell and abide with Jesus spiritually, as He would dwell and abide in us spiritually by the Holy Spirit. Thus the reason for the destruction of the physical buildings of the temple, as it was no longer needed! It was no longer useful nor held any value.  Jesus replaced the temple. In Mark 14:58  We heard him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands.

Therefore the reason for this second temple being rebuilt at the proper prophetic timeline, was to correspond with Jesus’ first coming and the fulfillment of all the Old Testament prophesies. Jesus is coming back,  to judge the world, the unbelievers, and for those that have been born again and have endured to the end of Jesus’ second coming. There is no need for a third temple today or otherwise, for all prophecy has been fulfilled, save the Second Coming of Jesus Christ our Saviour!  If we understand the prophetic timeline of prophecy, and keep it in context with the Word of God, the understanding of prophecy being fulfilled in those days will fall in place and make logical sense. Otherwise, what you have, is disorder, chaos, and false doctrine because of interpretation of the prophetic Word of God, therefore making no logical sense of how everything is suppose to fit in place?

This only brought many different versions of the Word of God to what people think is going to happen in the future? God does not deal in chaos, His perfect plan for man is in order, not in chaos and fear which the belief of the Rapture/end times brings! There is one truth, and one mind, and we are to have the mind of Christ. We are to be in congruence with the Word of God, in one accord, not debating hundreds of different opinions and variations of God’s Word, with different beliefs, and different versions, and interpretations! Remember, God’s Word is not to be interpreted! But to be revealed to you by the Holy Spirit! Please, pray for God to reveal the truth of His Word, for understanding, for knowledge, for revelation! All that is left is for Jesus to come back the second time, then shall the end be! Jesus was sent to finish the work God started, and Jesus completed it at the cross.  Thus Jesus said, “It is finished!”
John 5:36  But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me.”
John 4:34  Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his workEverything was finished at Calvary!

All praise and glory to God our Father and to our LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ!
